Les Cliff climbs the Tuffa Mountain

Fuel Energy Services has appointed Mr Les Cliff as their Business Development Manager for promoting the TUFFA brand of plastic tanks.
Les comes with many years of experience in the tank sales field and is described by Fuel Energy Services as ‘the ideal man for the job, despite being a Manchester City supporter!’
Fuel Energy Services’ Managing Director, Robert Shenton is excited about the future.
Speaking recently to Oilfiredup.com, Robert said ‘Les has already been busy on his travels. With new fire protection products and expansion of the TUFFA plastic bunded commercial tank range, from 1350 litre to 45,000 litres and above (in plastic) and up to 125,000 litres (in steel) there is a lot of business out there, particularly with non domestic sites requiring bunded facilities in the run up to 2005 deadline.’
’Having been so busy ‘in house’ we have had no one to actually go out there into the market place. But we have our house in order, and now is the time to start waving the TUFFA flag, so it’ will be Les’ job to go and see customers old and new’ says Robert.
’Les will be up and down the country with demonstration tanks in tow!’
’He has his OFTEC registration but armoured with advice from a company that claims to be renowned and respected for it’s impartial technical help (08707 567700) he will gain 25 years of experience to help him and Fuel Energy Services’ customers. With the review of legislation, and the repercussions of not doing it right, tank installations can now be a nightmare, and there is a genuine need for professional companies to offer a ‘cradle to grave’ service.’
’Many customers are incorrectly informed that they will have to move their tank to comply with the Regulations, or that steel tanks can no longer be used - which is totally misleading. FES have formed tank installation partnerships with many more oil companies in this regard.’ explained Robert.
