Midas Tanks introduce the EZI Gauge

Midas Tanks Limited have unveiled their innovative, new EZI Gauge. The gauge which is available directly from Midas Tanks Limited, is described as tough and durable. It is claimed that the EZI Gauge incorporates heavy duty construction techniques and is designed to be fitted and forgotten.
The EZI gauge is designed to measure the contents of all types of tanks (from 0.5m – 6.0 metres depth) without the traditional requirement for a connection at the bottom of the tank. This ensures that the system can be used with both top and bottom outlet tanks, unlike some traditional gauging systems e.g. sight gauges. It also usefully reduces the risk of leaks arising due to inadequately sealed or damaged connections.
The EZI Gauge sensor is inserted through a top connection and is lowered on a robust copper capillary to the bottom of the tank. The contents are clearly shown on a pressure gauge at the top of the tank, which once installed, can be rotated for ease of viewing. Priming, setting up, or a power supply are not required for the standard EZI Gauge and the display unit can be positioned up to 8 metres away from the tank.
A number of options are available to complement the standard system, including a battery or mains powered LCD display and all products are supplied complete with immediate fittings and fixings as standard.
Independently owned and managed, Midas Tanks Limited is based in Worcestershire and made its debut at FPS2004. Midas currently offer a range of oil storage tanks, which can be supplied complete with the EZI Gauge.
