Renewables Set To Feature At FPS EXPO

FPS EXPO the oil distribution industry's annual exhibition organised by FPS (Federation of Petroleum Suppliers) is starting the New Year off to a flying start with the exhibition taking on a new 'Renewable Energy' interest amongst exhibitors and registering visitors alike.
FPS Marketing and Events Manager Vanessa Cook comments, "More of our members are looking at what alternative energy is available to offer their customers most of whom are off-gas customers and we are finding that FPS EXPO is becoming the stage for many renewable energy suppliers, associated component manufacturers and equipment suppliers to meet a new market of customers."
Exhibitors in the renewable energy market who are exhibiting at the show which takes place on 18 and 19 April 2012 at Harrogate International Centre will be able to meet FPS members like Craggs of West Yorkshire and East Lancashire who provide customers with heating oil and farm fuel deliveries plus access to new 'green' energy sources like windmills and solar panels.
Craggs MD Chris Bingham comments, "We're in an area with lots of homes that use heating oil, and where many off-gas customers are also interested in what alternative energy might be able to offer them, so we take in the broad energy picture. FPS EXPO is a great place to meet suppliers and equipment manufacturers in our market."
Vanessa Cook adds, "There is a real buzz about the show already and with the added interest from the renewable energy sector it is going to make for a very exciting show this year. Exhibitors are looking forward to the 'bounce' in sales that FPS EXPO delivers, particularly as the UK's economic situation improves and we see more capital investment.
"We've got some big names signed up and some new names to the show and all our exhibitors have committed to bringing more new products and services in 2012 - which is great news for our visitors. FPS EXPO brings together the leading manufacturers, distributors, equipment suppliers and software companies. Space is selling fast despite the fact we are still in the grips of a recession. From previous exhibitions our exhibitors always tell us FPS EXPO is an event where business takes place so they know they get a return on their investment. Already we have sold 89% of the space and all the signs are there for an even bigger and better FPS EXPO."
