OFTEC Takes The Direct Approach!

Trade association and specialist oil equipment reseller OFTEC, has stepped up its commercial activities and re-launched OFTEC Direct, with the addition of new products and a brand new catalogue.
The range includes equipment specifically designed for anyone installing, servicing or commissioning oil heating systems. New products which have just been introduced include the Watchman Alarm, intelligent Carbon Monoxide Monitors, Suction Pumps and Digital Loop Testers.
There are discounts for OFTEC Registered Technicians, and the dedicated OFTEC Direct website has also been updated to make online ordering even easier. Popular items include the OFTEC Technical Books, and there are now multi-buy deals on all Control Documentation such as CD/11 Commissioning Certificates.
Brand new for 2010 is a Safety Control tester (SCT), which can be used for a range of different tasks, including testing fire valves and high limit stats. It can also check if control stats are out of calibration without having to heat up the boiler and waiting for it to cool down before testing again - making fault-finding easier.
